Ellen Tingström (PhD student)
Ellen is working on fully C-C linked covalent organic framework films for carbon dioxide electroreduction. She obtained her Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, in Gothenburg. Outside the lab, she really enjoys outdoor life and exploring new environments and countries, as well as knitting and other handicrafts.
Malte Meyer (PhD student)
Malte’s current project is focusing on developing new COF species with highly defined pore systems. He studied Chemistry at the Georg-August University of Göttingen, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree with a thesis on Pd-catalysed C–C activation. He then continued with a master’s degree, completing his thesis on the enantioselective synthesis of cyclopropanes using organocatalysis and dual iodine/photoredox catalysis.
Miranda Naurin (Amanuensis)
Miranda is an amanuensis student working on a project focused on developing functional covalent organic frameworks (COFs) for battery research, supported by the Materials Area of Advance. Her research involves the synthesis of organic building blocks and ionically conductive COFs, followed by collaborative studies with battery research groups at Chalmers. She is currently pursuing her MSc degree at Chalmers University of Technology.
